The villa sits in Pecatu, on the quiet cliff side of the Bukit peninsula, a short walk above Nunggalan Beach — a wide, uncrowded stretch of sand five minutes downhill.
The best of Uluwatu is within a 10 to 20-minute drive. Savaya and The Edge are under ten minutes; Sunday Beach Club, Single Fin and El Kabron around fifteen.
For food, the Bingin cluster is close: Alchemy for plant-based, Artisan and Banana Lounge for long lunches, all 12 to 18 minutes away.
Working remotely? Uluwatu Hub coworking is 10 to 14 minutes. Yoga and training at Alchemy Yoga Center and La Tribu are 12 to 17 minutes.
Pepito Express in Pecatu covers day-to-day shopping in about 15 minutes.
Check-in from 3pm, checkout by 11am — flexible when the calendar allows, just ask.
The villa is for the number of guests booked. No parties or events without prior approval.

The entire villa is yours: both bedrooms, the pool, the kitchen and the rooftop. No shared spaces, no other guests.
Whenever possible, we welcome you in person on arrival. After that, the villa is entirely yours: our team is not based on site, which keeps the house fully private, but your villa manager is one message away and typically replies within the hour, day or night.
Housekeeping comes every two to three days. We handle everything before arrival and stay reachable throughout your stay for anything you need: a driver, a table booked, a surf lesson, a late checkout.
Uluwatu is one of Bali's fastest-growing areas. It's part of the appeal — new beach clubs, restaurants and cafés keep opening — but it also means you may hear occasional construction nearby during the day. Evenings are quiet.
A scooter or a private driver is the easiest way to get around here; we can arrange either before you arrive.
The nearest full 24/7 hospital, BIMC Nusa Dua, is about 40 minutes away by car. A local clinic and pharmacy are much closer, and your villa manager can direct you if needed.
